Role:

Facilitates business process analysis and design by working with process participants to understand process requirements, model and document the new “To-Be” processes to be supported

Descriptions:

·       Uncovers Operational efficiencies and constraints independently

·       Strong up to Sr. Mgt level; coaching on CXO level

·       Understands/articulates Customer Strategy & UGS Solution Strategy with minimal assistance

·       Incumbent acts as a consultant with customers and pursuit teams on business analysis and processes. 

·       Is considered a subject matter expert in the field or industry of pursuit, and is responsible for researching customer-related information and / or business processes. 

·       Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.                                                                                                                                            

·       Ability to uncover, quantify and define value proposition

·       Works on problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

·       Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

·       Builds productive working relationships internally and externally.

·       Provides customers and sales reps with technical product advice and demo support during pre-sales discussions.

·       Perform PDM Consulting duties as required.

·       Work with Technical Sales Support on solution demonstration, benchmark, and proposal development.

·       Complies with the quality system consistent with the requirements of the UGS Business Management System.

·       Provides timely feedback to management regarding issues affecting the quality of service to the customer.

Qualifications:

·       University graduate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Computer Science

·       MBA and experience in consulting firm preferred

·       4 to 9 years of automotive industry experience including 3 or more years with mission critical enterprise software implementation such as PLM or ERP

·       Experience in enterprise IT strategy consulting with focus on research and development and/or manufacturing

·       Detail oriented with a strong desire to succeed

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Chinese and English

·       Proven track record of achievement

·       Preferred industry background in automotive and aerospace/defence
