    Document Expert (文件处理专家)
   自动处理生成系列制造工艺文件, 以更短的时间便自动生成完整且精确的组装作业指导书和其他的工厂文件资料。手动插装线的线平衡功能通过自动分配各工位的物料，加快手工作业的速度，从而缩短插装时间，并为每个工位即时产生相应的文件资。      

 Test Expert (测试专家) 
    优化测试路径，自动生成可测试性分析报告及测试程序及备有用户可快速编程的测试针/探针选择程序和互补交互工具，在设计夹具和选择飞针时，提供高度的灵活性和可靠的控制。它提供了整体的探针偏移工具在处理高密度板时更容易。而且，一个探针顾问可评估夹具的成本。另外，还包括自动校正框的生成以及具有交互定义功能的加速光学检查仪器校正框的设定。Test Expert能够有效地管理测试和检查所需要的特性，如元器件类型、数值及精度等级、封装和焊盘的尺寸/形状，可进一步减少测试周期时间。此外，Test Expert可为75种以上的ICT、飞针测试仪、X-RAY和AOI自动生成程式。      
      
 View Expert  (作业图示专家)                           
    智能化的图表显示，极大地提高工作效率和质量。用户可以在生产线上看到PCB板的详细信息。特别的是，用户可以在PCB板真正上线生产前，即可以检查PCB板的设计数据是否经过了正确的处理与发放。用户也可以在此平台上搜索元件、电路网和测试针点。

    Assembly Expert is the final evolution product from combining Fabmaster, Unicam, Cimbridge, Fujicam, Exaline with SMT/ATE machine programming experience dated back to as early as 1990. Current Assembly Expert latest Version 7 supports more than 200 types of SMT/ATE platform receipt programming and more than 65 types of CAD format input PCBA design source file. The SMT/ATE machines receipt programming compiled with the industry most updated machine Part library and machine configuration files with the actual machine manufacturer’s specifications. UGS Tecnomatix has a lot of experience working directly with SMT/ATE machine manufacturers for the vast collections of machine interface programming logic and specification configuration since 1990 until now.
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is one of the very first retail release PCBA shopfloor MES system that is 80% out of the box ready to use functionalities. Developed since 1996 and till to date has a user group of more than 120 installation base. The Quality module being the most mature module is developed since 1996 and has user base such as Siemens, Alcatel, Osram, Schneider Automation, Agilent and many more. Material manager and Part Verification was started in Asia in year 2001 and since then has more than 10 installation base in Asia alone.
